[[The SS Roma]] A 7 year-old Orlando Napoleone arrives from Castiglione Italy to the United States aboard the SS Roma.

[[Orlando on a ship bound for Manila, Philippines]] Orlando Napoleone enlists in the US Army to serve in the Pacific Theater in World War II.

[[Orlando and members of his unit]] Orlando returns to the United States from the war.

He Travels to Italy and marries Agnes Ventura, returning to the US in 1948.

Napoleone’s Seafood & Poultry Company acquires its first truck. A 1959 Chevorlet pickup. In it, Orlando and his young son Deni would pick up live chickens for his growing customer base.

Orlando began selling his food wholesale and incorporated the business as Aldo’s–using the first letter of each family member’s name.  His son Deni began working for the company full time and became to be known as Mr. Aldo.

From an early age Sonny aspires to join his dad in the food business. By the time Aldo’s is ready to expand their company in the 1990’s, Sonny Steps in to run the day-to-day operations!

Aldo’s moved from its small location in Coraopolis to a new facility at Rt. 151 Independence Twp! We expanded the old warehouse to it’s current size of over 50,000 Sq Feet.
